I made this tumblr may 1st 2012. It’s a way to keep myself motivated and focused. My goal is to feel secure in my own body. I am not overweight, but it wouldn’t hurt if I lost some weight.
The main reason I’m doing this is because when I became 18, I started partying at least 3 times/week, 6 months in a row. Then I realized I had destroyed my body - both inside and outside.
I want to get my fit body back. So now I work out almost every day and choose food with great care. I have a lot of experience because I have been active my whole life.
If you have any tips or questions, or you just need someone to talk to, feel free to ask me. I want to help out and support everyone in the same position as me, perhaps we can motivate and help each other :)
